Hampton Barringer Luzak, a Jackson Hole, Wyoming, resident, is an outdoors enthusiast who takes to the slopes skiing in the winter months. After earning a BA in American studies from Hollins University, Hampton B. Luzak has worked as a casting director, creative director assistant, and on-air presenter in top companies. In the summer, Hampton Luzak enjoys exploring hiking trails in the local area. One of the most accessible routes, beginning near Jackson, is the Wally World and Tuscany trail loop.

Moderately challenging, the route can be completed in under two hours and takes in a varied woodland landscape overlooking the valley of Jackson Hole. It’s situated within the Bridger-Teton National Forest, which spans 3.4 million acres and encompasses pristine watersheds and wildlife such as bears, elk, mountain lions, moose, pheasants, and even the endangered greater sage-grouse.

The legendary resident, Big Wally, created a user-created trail, Wally World, in 2008. It encompasses the scenic ridge-line part of the loop, extending to the Poison Creek trail saddle. In addition to hiking, the trail is popular for snowshoeing and mountain biking and hosts annual cycling events.
